Frank's® RedHot® Twitter Wing Recipe Contest

No Purchase Necessary to enter or win

1. How It Works: Frank's RedHot and FRENCH'S® Foods, a division of Reckitt Benckiser Inc., invites you to submit an original wing recipe. All wings recipes must include at least one Frank's RedHot product and adhere to the Recipe Requirements. The original recipe should not be more than 140 characters in length, including the 9 character hash tag #FRHWings, and must be submitted through your Twitter account. Over the course of the 10-month contest, Friday, March 12, 2010 - Friday, December 17, 2010, a winner will be selected once a month. The winning recipe and a photo of the winner will be featured on www.franksredhot.com/contests for one month. The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to the Frank's RedHot store on www.zazzle.com.

2. How to Enter: To enter, log onto www.twitter.com and submit your recipe using the hashtag #FRHWings in your tweet. Once your tweet is tagged, your recipe will automatically be featured at www.franksredhot.com/contests. Recipes cannot exceed 140 characters including the 9 character hash tag. All recipes must be original and created by you for the purposes of promoting the contest without payment or compensation to you. You agree that your submission will not include any material or language that is profane, defamatory or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. FRENCH'S® Foods in its sole discretion reserves the right reject any recipe, and disqualify your entry if the submission violates any of these conditions. You may enter multiple recipes but only one individual will be selected a month, and you may not win more than one month.

By submitting your recipe you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final. You also agree that your recipes(s) becomes the sole property of FRENCH'S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser. FRENCH'S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser reserve the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of the recipe submissions, without compensation. Contest begins on 12:01 AM EST on March 12, 2010 and ends at 11:59PM EST on December 17, 2010.

3. Contest Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You are eligible if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of March 1, 2010 and a legal United States resident residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of the Contest Finals. You must have access to the Internet. Contest is void where prohibited.

4. You will be disqualified if you are:

  1. A food professional, chef, restaurateur, food writer or recipe developer.
  2. An employee of FRENCH'S® Foods, Reckitt Benckiser Inc. or any of their affiliated companies or any promotion, advertising, PR companies doing business with any of the above or a member of the immediate family or live in the same household of such employees (whether related or not).

5. Recipe Requirements: All recipes must be submitted through www.twitter.com and your tweet must be tagged with #FRHWings. If you do not have a Twitter account, they are free to create. Recipes must:

  1. Must be original and must be created by submitter.
  2. Include at least one Frank's RedHot sauce. No competitor products may be used.

6. Winner Selection: A winner will be selected by the Frank's RedHot judging panel on Friday, April 16th; Friday, May 14th; Monday, June 14th; Friday, July 16th; Monday, August 15th; Monday, September 13th; Friday, October 15th; Monday, November 15th and Friday, December 17th. The winner will be notified via email. The winning recipe will be featured on www.franksredhot.com/contests for one month. The winner will have the option of providing an image to be featured along with their recipe. All decisions of the judging panel are final.

7. Prize: Each month one winner will be selected to receive a $25 gift certificate to the Frank's RedHot store on www.zazzle.com. The gift certificate will be delivered via email.

8. Personal Information: The information collected from you is subject to our privacy policy located at www.frenchsfoods.com privacy policy. You agree that personal data, such as your name and address, may be stored and otherwise used for the purposes within the context of this Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Rules. The data may also be used in order to check your identity, postal address and telephone number, or to otherwise verify your eligibility to participate in the Contest and to receive any prize. You have a right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Frank's RedHot by going to the Contact Us section of the of the FRENCH'S® website and indicating your request. If your data is not provided or is canceled, your entry will be ineligible.

9. Prohibitions: You agree not to reproduce, download, re-distribute, copy, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any recipe, photograph or video (other than your own) contained in the site to anyone. You acknowledge and agree that, except as set forth herein, you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the recipes, photographs or videos (other than your own) in any manner.

10. Only entries submitted via the electronic method provided on the website will be accepted. Contest sponsor and their promotion agencies are not responsible for phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, network fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by contest sponsors, entrants, or programming components utilized in this promotion.

11. Release: Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Frank's RedHot, its parent company, and including its officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, expense, impairment or cause of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Contest or your receipt or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any illegible, incomplete, damaged or inaccurate entries, and/or entries that do not comply with these Rules and/or entries submitted by mail or facsimile. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for entries Frank's RedHot is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures or lost e-mail entries, however caused. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your use, misuse, display, dissemination, replication, distribution, copying or downloading of Recipes, Photos, or Videos contained on this site, including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages however arising, even if the Released Parties have previously been advised of the possibility of such damage.

12. FRENCH'S® Foods/Reckitt Benckiser Inc. has the right to cancel the contest for any reason at its sole discretion without liability.

13. Any attempt by entrant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages, including attorney's fees from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

14. Results: The winners will be listed on www.franksredhot.com.
